Project Manager - Change & Enablement – 9-Month Contract | Day rate $700-750| Remote across Aus

Talent Insights are partnered with a leading global technology company to find a Project Manager (Change and Enablement) to join their Team Anywhere program on an initial 9-month contract.

This is a client-facing role supporting transformation initiatives across enablement, onboarding, and customer innovation. You’ll help design and deliver frameworks that empower clients to pilot and scale new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage enablement and implementation plans for customer programs
• Support experimentation and innovation frameworks, helping clients pilot new approaches before scaling
• Work directly with customer teams to drive adoption, engagement, and onboarding success
• Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders and cross-functional project teams
• Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Experience:

• 5–7 years’ experience in change management, enablement, or onboarding roles
• Background in consulting or technology environments (experience with large tech or enterprise clients ideal)
• Familiarity with Atlassian products and general data or experimentation models
• Knowledge of Prosci or other recognised project management frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
