Build and Lead Your Own Sales Business Inside a Proven Finance GroupLocation: UK (Remote with client meetings)

Type: Outcome-based (Initial Phase) leading to Director and Equity Holder

Remuneration: 25-30% of DCC (Phase 1) leading to Dividends via SalesCo (Phase 2)

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional job; it is a commercial opportunity for an experienced professional services salesperson to build an asset rather than just hit a target. The Full Finance Stack provides a modular, subscription-based finance function to UK SMEs. We have a proven, live delivery model and paying clients. What we need now is a high-caliber commercial engine to scale it.

Crucially, this is a chance to become a significant shareholder in a company with absolutely no cash investment. You are earning your equity through real commercial performance and sustainable growth.

The Technology Upside

While our current service is labour-led, we are investing heavily in our infrastructure. We are building a bespoke client portal designed to streamline financial reporting and data transparency. As this portal evolves, there is a clear strategic pathway to transition these proprietary tools into a standalone SaaS platform. As an equity partner within the group, you will be positioned to benefit from the enterprise value created by this shift from a pure service model to a tech-enabled scalable platform.

What Makes This Different?

  • Ownership, Not Employment: You are not a number in a sales team; you are an owner-in-waiting.
  • Zero Capital Risk: You bypass the risk of starting a service business from zero and the need for external funding.
  • The SalesCo Model: Once you demonstrate sustainable selling, you become a 30% shareholder in a dedicated sales entity within The Full Finance Stack.

The Pathway

  1. Phase 1 (Proof of Concept): You operate as a self-employed Sales Partner. You receive 25-30% of the Delivery Contribution Created (DCC) on all 12-month contracts you originate.
  2. The Transition: Once you originate an agreed number of deals (2 or 3), we incorporate your SalesCo. You are appointed as a Director and Shareholder at this stage.
  3. Scaling: Your share of DCC moves to 35-45%, funded via an intercompany agreement. You take your income via dividends and have the autonomy to hire your own junior partners.

Who You Are

  • Consultative Expert: You have 5+ years selling UK B2B professional services, such as accounting, managed services, or consulting.
  • Commercially Mature: You understand that revenue is vanity and margin is sanity. You are comfortable discussing cost, risk, and scope with Founders and MDs.
  • Disciplined: You appreciate the value of a "Hard Approval Gate" to ensure every deal sold is profitable and deliverable.
  • Long-Term Mindset: You are prepared to put in the effort up-front to build a compounding dividend asset.

The Economics: DCC Explained

We do not reward on revenue alone. We reward based on Delivery Contribution Created (DCC).

This ensures you are incentivised to sell at the right price, protecting the delivery engine and the long-term value of the business.
