Job Title: Part-Time Project Manager (Remote)Company: The ODP Corporation

At The ODP Corporation, we believe that great people power great companies. As a leading provider of business services, supplies, products, and digital workplace solutions, we support thousands of organizations in achieving more every day. We’re looking for a part-time, remote Project Manager who thrives on structure, collaboration, and driving results. This is a flexible opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects from concept to completion, guiding cross-functional teams, and keeping everyone aligned on priorities.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at The ODP Corporation, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing projects across various business functions. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders, manage timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Because this is a part-time position, the role is ideal for professionals seeking a flexible schedule while still making a meaningful impact.

Your work will involve balancing multiple priorities, leveraging your organizational skills, and fostering strong communication within distributed teams. This role is entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you can reliably connect with teams and meet project deadlines.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead small-to-medium-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that goals, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Create project plans, track progress, and adjust schedules or resources when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in operations, IT, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare progress updates, and communicate project status to stakeholders in a clear, concise way.
  • Anticipate risks, identify potential roadblocks, and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Document project details, lessons learned, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Promote teamwork and accountability within virtual teams, helping others stay motivated and focused.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities at once. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with colleagues across different time zones and departments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in a corporate, technology, or operations setting.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification.
  • Experience working in a distributed, remote-first environment.
  • Background in business services, supply chain, or digital workplace solutions.

Why Join Us?

At The ODP Corporation, you’ll find a supportive culture where your voice matters, and your contributions are recognized. We encourage our people to bring their unique skills, perspectives, and ideas to the table. As a part-time Project Manager, you’ll benefit from:

  • Flexible remote work schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across a leading organization.
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Professional growth through exposure to diverse business operations and project types.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility depending on project needs.
  • Location: 100% remote, U.S.-based candidates preferred.
