MEDIA COORDINATOR

The Media Coordinator plays a key role in supporting influencer marketing campaigns by identifying strong creator partners, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to thoughtful media strategies. This is not a task-based role. It is an opportunity to make an impact from day one.

This role includes:

  • Identifying and sourcing creators across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch
  • Supporting the development of media plans that align with client goals
  • Maintaining and organizing the Salesforce creator database with a high level of accuracy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to explore new strategies, platforms, and opportunities
  • Analyzing data and helping support recommendations to brand partners

The Media Coordinator will spend time exploring content, identifying trends, and contributing to strategic conversations that shape campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

Here’s the background and experience that tends to set candidates up for success:

  • Full-time, remote role based in the United States
  • Prior experience in a professional environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems
  • A genuine interest in media, marketing, and technology
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools

Additionally, strong candidates often demonstrate leadership in some capacity. This could look like leading a project, organizing an event, or bringing people together to move something forward.
