Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Content. Your mission will be to build and distribute the go-to learning layer for e-commerce operators. You will design, launch, and scale a learning hub that actually changes how operators think and act and is trusted by founders.

This product will consist of:

• Playbooks

• Guides

• Video interviews

• Live webinars & Q&A

• Blogs

• Templates

• Frameworks

...and more, designed to help operators get smarter across the world of e-commerce.

You'll leverage our vast talent roster, extract their insights, and put pen to paper to build a learning hub that's guided directly by the expertise on our platform.

You'll also be responsible for repurposing and distributing this content across mediums, like:

• Email

• Organic social (IG, LinkedIn, X, Youtube, etc)

• SEO content / blogs

...with the goal of generating net new customers for the business.

This role highly entrepreneurial— you'll be building a mini company within the company, and be given full autonomy to operate end-to-end as an entrepreneur.

Your performance will be measured by direct KPIs and metrics, not fluff or subjective judgement.

Qualifications

We care less about your specific background and skillset, and more about your A) bias to action, B) ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, and C) ability to learn quickly.

That being said, these qualifications can only help:

  • Deep experience with e-commerce (brand, agency, or SaaS)
  • Expert working knowledge across all facets of e-commerce (performance marketing, brand, CRO, retention, etc)
  • Strong writing and/or video editing skills
  • Experience leading content arms of e-commerce SaaS or agencies
  • Experience generating demand through organic social and email programs
