The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on L3 System Engineer with deep Kubernetes experience. You’ll own the deployment, maintenance, and operation of Linux & Windows servers, containerized environments, and virtualization platforms across multiple global datacenters.

This is not just an ops role - you’ll help design, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure, lead escalations, and ensure our systems run 24x7 with zero downtime.

What You’ll Do

  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters on Linux & Windows.
  • Hands-on with Calico, Kubelet, Helm, Docker/containerd, ArgoCD, GitOps workflows
  • Manage global Linux and Windows servers, virtualization platforms (KVM/SolusVM), and VPS hosting environments.
  • Oversee automation and billing integrations via WHMCS.
  • Respond to incidents, troubleshoot, and resolve critical server, network, and container issues quickly.
  • Plan and execute scaling, upgrades, and system improvements.
  • Implement best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Mentor and support technical staff for smooth 24x7 operations.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years Kubernetes experience (Linux & Windows).
  • Expertise with Calico, Kubelet, Helm, Docker/containerd, ArgoCD, GitOps.
  • Strong Linux (Debian/CentOS/Ubuntu) & Windows server skills.
  • Proven experience in hosting & VPS environments.
  • Experience with KVM, SolusVM, WHMCS.
  • Networking knowledge: firewalls, routing, VPNs, DDoS mitigation.
  • Comfortable in 24x7 operational environments handling incidents under pressure.
  • Independent, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Have

  • OpenStack or other cloud platform experience
  • Fintech or high-traffic hosting background
