About Sales Specialist - Managed Services Salary: £60k - £70k (+ £60k/£70k comms + car) Location: Remote Overview As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Managed Services portfolio and other services, sourcing new business opportunities to sell to a target customer base in both private and public sector. The Managed Services Sales Specialist will drive the sales engagement across the Managed Services portfolio for our customers. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying and winning new logo customers using sales, marketing, and vendor initiatives to expand presence within the commercial and public sectors. The role is predominantly customer facing, requiring ownership of, and an ability to develop, drive and execute all phases of the sales cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, the identification and qualification of opportunities, solution presentation, commercial negotiation, order processing, and working with PreSales colleagues to produce high level solution designs and quotes. Job Role To become a subject matter expert for Managed Services solutions, demonstrating product and industry credibility to customers and internal teams To work with Sales teams, business transformation and marketing to proactively identify Managed Services sales opportunities To understand customer business objectives and match these to relevant solutions To understand customer technical and commercial requirements, build and present solutions that meet these requirements To build strong internal relationships integral to facilitating a strong team environment Contribute to the development of our Managed Services proposition, working with the Tower Head, specialists, Product managers, vendors and customer base. Experience Minimum of 5+ Years in a consultative sales role within Managed Service Solutions arena Proven experience as a quota bearing sales contributor with demonstrable success at selling Manage Service solutions. Candidates should be familiar with modern Managed Services solutions The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of sales performance and a strong understanding of the UK Managed Services marketplace including end user services, technical managed services/traditional support towers and SIAM models. Experience with key vendors in your specialism Strong understanding of the marketplace, technologies and emerging trends in your specialism Experienced at presenting strategic solutions to C-Suite Experience creating, managing, negotiating, and closing substantial Managed Services contracts ECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
