About the Role
We’re looking for part-time Business Development Specialists with a sharp eye for emerging trends, a deep network, and a talent for connecting the right people at the right time. This is a flexible opportunity that rewards initiative, insight, and access.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify up-and-coming brands and founders ready for growth
· Develop a pipeline of high-value leads and partnerships
· Make strategic introductions to our agency team
· Deliver compelling presentations and communicate our unique value
· Manage the sales process from initial outreach to pitch
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years of sales experience
· Passion for business development and an interest in wellness, food, or lifestyle brands
· Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with business owners
· Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Willingness to cold call, network, and attend industry events
Compensation & Benefits
· Base compensation + commission
· Top performers can earn $90K+
· Stipend for dining and transportation to events

Job Type: Part-time
· $2,000/month base compensation
· Commission on closed business
· Flexible, part-time schedule (25 hours per week)
· Must be local to NY-tri-state area and available to travel nationally
