Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, remote Human Resources Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and supporting HR initiatives. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, developing effective business strategies, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, overseeing human resources, providing training sessions, and contributing to talent management initiatives. The individual will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align HR and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and teams
  • Solid expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and workforce development
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and skills
  • Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on establishing and expanding partnerships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and act on growth opportunities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Previous experience in global immigration services or consultancy is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
