To help power our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up digitally. This is an opportunity to get in at the early stages and work closely with our Director of Growth and executive management team.
If you’re a designer with deep DTC experience and an eye for bringing thoughtful and conversion-driven design to life, this role is for you. We are looking for a designer who understands how to translate brand identity into high-performing creative assets - from paid social creative to landing page experiences to website banners and more. This role will report to the Director of Growth and collaborate across the team to help shape and deliver on our ambitious growth strategy.
We’re looking for someone who is deeply entrepreneurial, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently balance brand and performance across multiple design asks.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end graphic design asset creation for paid social creative, website and other digital touchpoints
- Develop motion graphics and short-form videos for performance channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Design mobile-optimized landing pages across various audiences and personas, in collaboration with the growth team
- Translate brand identity and voice into compelling design with a lens for conversion and performance
- Collaborate with growth team and creative agency partners to brainstorm and bring new designs to life
- Optimize and iterate designs based on performance data
- Help the team establish design processes, templates, and systems
- Own day-to-day organization and tagging of images and videos our digital asset management (DAM) platform
- Occasionally support other design creative needs such as website sections, email & organic social graphics, and marketing inserts
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in performance design creative for DTC brands
- Proven track record designing high-converting creative that meet or exceed CAC/ROAS targets for paid media channels (particularly on Meta)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite products, including component libraries and mobile-optimized design
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong understanding of merging brand and performance marketing principles together
- Strong understanding of e-commerce UX and UI best practices
- Must have demonstrated experience using AI tools as part of your workflow (e.g. Midjourney, Gemini / Nano Banana, Google AI Studio, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, etc.) and be willing to adopt AI across your entire workflow as tools continue to evolve
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
- Experience working with Motion or similar creative analytics tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Replo, Shopify Theme Builder is a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, lean startup environment—willing to wear multiple hats and roll up sleeves when needed (nights/weekends may be required)

Note: This position may be engaged as a full-time W-2 employee or as a full-time contractor (1099) based on the candidate's experience and business needs.
