Freelance Graphic Designer – Music Cover Art

This role involves collaborating with an artist to design three distinctive and release-ready art covers for debut music releases. The project requires a creative approach to visual storytelling, ensuring each cover stands out while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across the series. One of the covers will feature a custom-designed yellow scar, which may need to be delivered as a standalone PNG file. Additionally, the designer will select or create super cute and lively fonts suitable for lyric videos, enhancing the overall visual identity of the music releases. The project timeline is 2-3 weeks, with the potential for future collaboration based on project success. Deliverables

• Design three unique, high-quality cover artworks tailored for music releases
• Develop and program a yellow scar graphic for one cover, with the ability to deliver as a PNG if required
• Source or create engaging, lively fonts for use in lyric videos
• Ensure all deliverables are formatted for digital release and meet industry standards
• Collaborate closely with the artist to capture the intended mood and branding
• Deliver all assets within the agreed 2-3 week timeframe

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly for music or entertainment projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing cover art, illustration, or related visual work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design tools
• Ability to create custom graphics and manipulate typography creatively
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
