Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, organizing travel arrangements, assisting with car rentals, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, handling bookings, and working to meet or exceed sales goals to enhance the client travel experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and managing Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Car Rental options and processes
• Sales skills to meet booking and revenue targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
