🕒 Engagement: Contract (12 months + extensions)

🏢 Role Context

We’re supporting a global manufacturing programme seeking a Data Product Owner to drive delivery of AI, analytics, and data products across sites.

This is a business-facing role, focused on defining use cases, shaping business value, and ensuring solutions are delivered and adopted in real operations.

You’ll act as the bridge between manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering teams and IT, data, and AI delivery teams.

🎯 What You Will Do

• Define AI, ML, GenAI and analytics use cases, building clear business cases and value metrics
• Own the product backlog, translating requirements into user stories and priorities
• Provide day-to-day direction to data, AI, and engineering teams
• Engage stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned to business outcomes
• Lead testing, validation, and user acceptance
• Drive deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realisation across sites

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst delivering data or AI products
• Strong ability to translate business problems into analytics or AI solutions
• Background in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or regulated environments
• Experience managing backlogs, stakeholders, and delivery in Agile environments
• Proven track record delivering analytics, BI, or AI solutions into live operations
• Strong communication skills across business and technical teams
• Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or modern data platforms (e.g. Azure)
