AI Research Engineer

Job Description VeChain is on a mission to bring real-world utility to Web3, and AI is central to that vision. We’re hiring an AI Research Engineer to build and deploy autonomous, agentic systems that drive governance, analytics, and ecosystem tools across our L1 blockchain. This role isn’t about writing research papers. It’s about building, testing, and shipping real-world AI systems that interact with smart contracts, dApps, and on-chain data, at scale. What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy LLM-powered AI agents that reason, act, and evolve across the VeChain ecosystem.
• Design systems that automate decision-making, community support, and governance workflows.
• Integrate AI into internal tooling and public-facing dApps.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Ecosystem teams to ship fast and iterate often.
• Contribute to VeChain’s broader AI strategy from both a technical and architectural lens.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems (e.g. LangChain, AutoGPT, custom toolchains).
• Strong Python for AI workflows, plus JavaScript/TypeScript for dApp/product integration.
• Fluent with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), vector DBs, prompt engineering.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end delivery—from data ingestion to UI integration.
• Bonus if you’ve built or integrated blockchain tools, smart contracts, or dApps (EVM chains).
