Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Australia market. This remote role is focused on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and positioning Veemi Accounting as a trusted outsourcing partner for accounting and finance solutions from India.

The role also involves exploring collaboration opportunities with Australian CPAs and accounting firms, given the growing demand for reliable outsourcing support. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven environment and can independently manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Australian market.
• Build and nurture long-term client and CPA firm relationships.
• Conduct market research to target potential outsourcing clients.
• Create and present tailored proposals highlighting outsourcing benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams in India for smooth client onboarding.
• Consistently meet and exceed growth objectives.

Qualification :

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (accounting/finance industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and close deals.
• Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
