Junior Legal Operations – Contract Role:

We’re working in partnership with a leading global banking and financial services institution who are seeking a Junior Legal Operations professional to support their high-performing legal team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to complex legal and commercial matters. The Legal Operations team plays a key role in managing supplier relationships, pricing structures, and the bank’s most critical legal portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of commercial operations, including risk and governance processes
• Assist in managing relationships with key legal service providers
• Help oversee a portfolio of legal matters, including scoping, fee arrangements (EFAs), and forecasting
• Contribute to the development and rollout of commercial strategies
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, reporting, and commercial procedures

Role Details:

• Flexible working: remote or London-based
• Open to part-time or full-time hours
• Immediate start
• 6-month contract
