Venture Associate (Longevity)

Company Description Founded by serial entrepreneur Angel Versetti, Versetti Family Office seeks bold longevity ventures and nurtures them with funding, strategic guidance, and operational support. We operate a Longevity Venture Builder that serves as the founding investor, commercial co-founder, and incubator for a select group of longevity moonshot startups with science-backed IP. We commit up to $4m of our own capital per project, supporting their pre-seed and seed stages, with extended partners and peers capable of committing up to $50m per startup after derisking and validation stages. Our focus is on startups and R&D projects that aim to solve aging and extend human lifespan and healthspan. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Venture Associate (Longevity). The Venture Associate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in the longevity sector, conducting thorough due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies with strategic guidance and operational support. Day-to-day tasks include market research, financial analysis, preparing investment memos, attending industry events, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications

• Experience in market research, financial analysis, and preparing investment memos
• Strong understanding of the longevity sector, including scientific and technological advancements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and remotely, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of and background in both biology / medicine and finance / venture capital
• Experience in venture capital, investment banking, or a related field is a plus
