Project Manager – 100% Remote (UK Time Zone) | Long Term Opportunity

We're Vertex Agility – a remote-first consultancy delivering high-impact cloud, data, and engineering solutions for global leaders.

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to bring order, clarity, and delivery momentum to a fast-moving digital environment providing IAM or Cybersecurity management solutions. You’ll act as a Chief of Staff to engineering team.

What You’ll Do:

• Run all key sprint ceremonies and ensure Jira tickets are complete and actionable.
• Drive a Product Management initiative.
• Fix documentation chaos and streamline scattered workflows.
• Unblock engineers, reduce support ticket delays, and solve team handover issues.
• Drive backlog visibility and create transparent prioritization processes.
• Act as the go-to delivery lead across hundreds of internal product teams.

What You Bring:

• Have a proven track record of Project Management or Agile Delivery.
• Experience with Jira, backlog, sprint metrics.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with digital platforms, API integrations, product support.
• Should have prior experience in leading or managing IAM or Cybersecurity Projects.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across UK, EU, US, and India.
