VIATEQ is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Sales Development Associates and Account Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and operational support. You’ll be responsible for helping the team achieve their sales goals, interpreting sales data, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is passionate about coaching and leading a team.

This position is fully remote and requires a reliable internet connection. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 sales representatives (Sales Development Associates and Account Executives).
  • Oversee daily and weekly team operations to ensure goals and KPIs are met.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve activity, meeting, and revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and pipeline check-ins.
  • Support team members in qualifying leads, handling client interactions, and advancing opportunities.
  • Assist in client meetings for high-priority or strategic accounts as needed.
  • Monitor sales dashboards, interpret key metrics, and deliver actionable insights to management.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to optimize conversion rates.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, or mentoring a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
  • High energy, team-oriented attitude, and a passion for driving results.

Compensation Range:

$70,000-100,000. This represents the typical base compensation range for this position based on experience, location, and other factors.
