wamo is a digital business account offering services to SMBs across Europe, including cross-border payments, payment systems, virtual and physical debit cards, and more. We’re growing fast and looking for a designer with a strong background to join us on this journey.

About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Designer to join our growing team and help shape how wamo shows up in the world. From campaign ideas to final assets, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring everything to life and keep our visual identity clear, impactful, and engaging across all touchpoints.

What you’ll be working on

● Design for organic channels: landing pages, social media visuals, email layouts, and campaign assets

● Create digital ad and performance marketing visuals that are data-driven and on-brand

● Build sales tools like pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposal templates to support business growth

● Make short-form videos using simple, clear animations to showcase our product and ideas

● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring a cohesive visual approach to all communications

What you’ll bring

● Experience creating digital campaigns, landing pages, and simple animated videos

● A strong portfolio of marketing design work across multiple channels — bonus if you’ve worked in fintech or a tech-driven product company

● Familiarity with AI-powered design tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, or Canva’s AI features - and curiosity about how AI can elevate your creative process

● Solid experience using Figma and Framer, with an openness to exploring new tools and formats

● Confidence in turning complex topics into visuals that feel clear, human, and easy to understand

● A thoughtful and curious approach to design, balancing creativity with performance

● Fluent English is a must, and any additional European language is a great bonus
