Role Description
We are seeking a Digital Creative Strategist who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing creative for paid digital ads on Meta and Google. This role is both strategic and executional. You will be brainstorming concepts, designing, editing, and refining assets, while working closely with our Brand Director, creative team, and digital team to ensure ads deliver both brand impact and measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for paid ads on Meta and Google
- Partner with the digital team to align creative with performance goals, testing frameworks, and insights
- Edit, refine, and adapt creative assets quickly to meet campaign needs and performance feedback
- Stay on top of trends in health, beauty, and digital advertising to bring innovative ideas into campaigns
- Ensure creative supports both brand storytelling and measurable growth outcomes
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital creative strategy, design, or content development, preferably in health, beauty, or wellness
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad creative work across Meta, Google, video edits, and static design
- Expertise in creative direction, creative strategy, and brand strategy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
- Strong writing, research, and storytelling skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Deep understanding of how creative influences performance in paid advertising, with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven insights
- Highly innovative, organized, and able to plan and execute projects independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
