Housing Manager – Supported Housing

Location: South / Remote | Salary: £38,422.56 + £5,499.96 car allowance

Westmoreland Supported Housing Ltd is looking for an experienced Housing Manager to lead a team of Housing Officers across supported housing schemes for vulnerable adults with mental and physical disabilities.

About the Role

As Housing Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of five Housing Officers.
• Oversee tenancy management, safeguarding, and property standards.
• Work closely with care providers, local partners, and internal teams.
• Drive service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Champion a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to housing support.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing teams in social or supported housing
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy management, and safeguarding
• Ability to manage complex cases, multi-agency collaboration, and service improvement
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
