About The Role

The Administrative Assistant II role at Prime Therapeutics is a vital support position designed to assist senior and departmental leadership in maintaining efficient operations. This remote position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate schedules, arrange travel, prepare documentation, and support various departmental projects. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior or executive leadership in an administrative capacity
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned leaders and departments, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, transportation, and necessary documentation
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistics, technology, and materials are prepared and distributed appropriately
  • Maintain and document departmental policies, procedures, and reports, serving as a point of contact for administrative guidance
  • Assist with general office duties such as preparing presentations, meeting materials, onboarding/offboarding activities, and ordering supplies
  • Track and process departmental invoices and expenses accurately and timely
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes during leadership and staff meetings
  • Support special projects and initiatives aligned with departmental or organizational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the department
