About The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This role is pivotal in bringing the Terrabis brand to life across various digital, print, and in-store channels. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for layout and typography, have experience working within established brand systems while innovating to push brand boundaries, and excel at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing leadership, e-commerce, retail, and operations teams to develop visual assets that enhance engagement, improve customer experience, and communicate the brand story consistently across all touchpoints. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that values creativity, innovation, and brand integrity. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in in-house or agency settings.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of brand and aesthetic consistency.
- Familiarity with cannabis or other highly regulated industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets for various channels including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, and website graphics.
- Create print collateral such as in-store signage, menus, billboards, and event materials.
- Develop packaging concepts and branded merchandise to support product marketing.
- Design presentation decks and internal communication materials to facilitate effective messaging.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creative development, streamline content production, and generate innovative design concepts that support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital vendors, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain organized design systems and file libraries for efficient access to brand assets.
- Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and compliance requirements within the cannabis industry.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables, maintaining a cohesive visual identity aligned with Terrabis’ standards.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Support store-level design needs, including materials for new store openings, local activations, and community events.
