Research Assistant (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking Research Assistants with a background in Earth Sciences or related disciplines to contribute subject-matter expertise to the evaluation and improvement of advanced artificial-intelligence systems. This is a remote role with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review technical prompts and problem solutions
• Create scoring rubrics and evaluate AI model outputs
• Analyze model performance and provide structured written feedback
• Collaborate with distributed research and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Earth Sciences or a closely related field (or currently enrolled)
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills
