Director, Commercial Practice, APAC

We're Hiring: Commercial & Contract Management Subject Matter Expert for the Asia Pacific Region.

• WorldCC is looking for a Subject Matter Expert to join our APAC team – someone with deep commercial and contract management experience who's ready to share their knowledge and shape the future of the profession.

What You'll Do:

This role is about being the expert our members turn to when they need guidance. You'll:

→ Provide expert advice and training to members on CCM through consultations, webinars, workshops, and forums

→ Design and deliver content for educational programs, workshops, and our annual APAC Summit

→ Lead Capability Maturity Assessments and support organisations in strengthening their contract management capabilities

→ Speak at industry conferences, represent WorldCC, and contribute to advancing the profession

→ Partner with our internal teams to drive business development and strategic initiatives across APAC

→ Stay current with industry trends and share insights with our community

You're an experienced professional with a strong track record in commercial and contract management, and have a comprehensive understanding of the full contract lifecycle.You'll need:

• 10+ years in commercial and contract management
• Professional certification (CCM, CCCM, CPCM, or equivalent)
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring
• Strong expertise in contracting, commercial law, negotiation, risk management, and relationship management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Comfort with public speaking and thought leadership
• Willingness to travel regularly within Australia (with occasional international travel)
