The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Support Specialist who will play a critical role in assisting the local Commercial Team to achieve revenue targets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position involves handling both internal and external documentation tasks, managing customer inbound queries, generating reports, and providing support to both customers and internal teams. What you will do
- Act as a liaison between the local commercial team, clients, and other departments.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
- Support the local Commercial Team with ad hoc tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years of proven experience in a support or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
