Over the past few years, I have worked extensively with a wide range of tools in customer service, telesales, and lead generation roles. I am highly skilled in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk, and SugarCRM for managing customer data, tracking leads, updating call notes, and maintaining sales pipelines. In my telesales role at Ibex Global, I regularly used these tools to handle customer interactions, process orders, and track performance metrics. I am also experienced with dialing and communication tools, including RingCentral, Vicidial, Five9, Aircall, and Zoom for outbound and inbound calling, call routing, and reporting. My remote work for an Australian digital marketing company involved using lead-generation and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, MailChimp, and various spreadsheet-based tracking systems.
