Needs work

The profile shows potential but lacks the necessary depth and completeness to be competitive in the job market. The candidate's location in Canada (a Tier 1 country) is a strong point, and the job category (Customer Service) has steady demand globally. However, the job title is too vague and should be more specific, such as 'Customer Service Representative' or 'Marketing Assistant.' The skills section needs significant expansion to include relevant competencies like communication, CRM software, problem-solving, or digital marketing tools. A complete resume is missing, which severely impacts the professional impression and limits opportunities. The links section is empty; adding a LinkedIn profile or portfolio could add value. Language proficiency is limited to English only, which is acceptable but could be enhanced with French, given the current location in Montreal.

How to improve

The professional summary should be restructured to clearly communicate experience, key achievements, and career goals. Avoid informal language and focus on quantifiable accomplishments and relevant skills. For example: 'A motivated 16-year-old student with hands-on experience in customer service and basic marketing concepts. Skilled in business operations and mathematics, seeking part-time remote opportunities to apply communication and problem-solving abilities while continuing academic growth.' Remove unnecessary personal details and highlight transferable skills that align with the target role.
