I’m a CAD Designer & CNC Technologist focused on turning complex ideas into production-ready products. I specialize in mechanical design, tooling, and manufacturable solutions — always with DFM and real-world implementation in mind. I’ve designed injection molds, stamping and bending dies, precision tooling, medical device components, and complex aluminum assemblies. I was responsible for the full 3D development of a foldable tactical kayak for a defense-sector manufacturer, leading the project from concept through prototyping and low-volume production. In the medical industry, I developed molds and high-precision tooling for electrosurgical equipment. I’ve also delivered production-ready machine components and perforation systems for industrial profile manufacturing. My approach is practical and engineering-driven: clean, functional design, optimized for strength, assembly, and manufacturing efficiency. I work independently, iterate fast, and translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready solutions.
