Needs work

The candidate presents a significant challenge due to the complete absence of a resume and professional links (LinkedIn/GitHub), which severely impacts the 'Resume' and 'Links' scores. The profile indicates a career pivot from retail merchandising to data analysis/customer relations, but the current skill set is insufficient for a Data Analyst role. Listing only 'Google Sheets', 'Google Drive', and 'Productive' as skills suggests a lack of technical proficiency in core data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel Pivot Tables). The job title 'Customer relations or data analyst' is ambiguous and weakens market positioning. To improve employability, the candidate must build a formal resume highlighting transferable skills from retail (e.g., inventory management, customer data handling) and acquire demonstrable hard skills in data analytics. Without a resume or portfolio, it is impossible to verify experience depth.

How to improve

The current summary is overly personal ('I'm very organized', 'loyal and trusting') and lacks professional focus. It reads like a list of personality traits rather than a value proposition.
Recommendations:
Remove subjective adjectives like 'clean', 'trusting', and 'hard worker'. These are assumed baseline expectations.
Focus on transferable skills: Highlight experience in high-volume retail environments, specifically mentioning any exposure to inventory tracking, sales reporting, or customer relationship management systems.
Clarify the career goal: Instead of 'hoping to learning growing', state a clear objective such as 'Aspiring Data Analyst leveraging strong organizational skills and retail operational experience to drive data-informed decisions.'
Demonstrate enthusiasm through action: Replace 'love to open my mind' with specific examples of self-directed learning or adaptability in fast-paced settings.
