Fair profile

The candidate has a mid-level experience of over 10 years in the Sales & Business category, specifically within the Banking and Telecom sectors. However, there are several areas for improvement to enhance marketability. Firstly, the lack of a resume is a significant drawback as it prevents potential employers from gaining a detailed understanding of the candidate's accomplishments and responsibilities. Secondly, no skills are listed, which is crucial for demonstrating relevant expertise. Additionally, the absence of professional links like LinkedIn or a portfolio diminishes the candidate's online presence. The summary could be more specific about achievements and measurable outcomes rather than just stating general experience. Lastly, the candidate's location in India (a Tier 3 country in terms of global job market value) slightly lowers the overall attractiveness compared to candidates from higher-tier countries.

How to improve

To improve the professional summary, include quantifiable achievements, such as 'Increased sales revenue by X% in Y sector' or 'Led a team of Z members to achieve top performance rankings.' Highlight specific industries (Banking and Telecom) where you have excelled and mention any key competencies or unique selling points that differentiate you from other Area Sales Managers. Consider incorporating soft skills like leadership and negotiation abilities, along with technical skills relevant to your role.
