Maintain MIS sheets for all departments (Operations, Endorsement, and Claims) on a daily, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly basis, and prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards. Assign tasks to team members, coordinate effectively with them, and ensure that all work is completed smoothly and within the defined timeline. My key responsibilities include registering POSPs on the IIB portal, maintaining their documentation, managing MIS sheets for the payout grid, and assisting in payout reconciliation.
