I am an HR and data-focused professional with experience across human resources administration, psychometrics, project coordination, and data analytics. I previously served as an HR Administrator at Nelson Mandela University, where I provided end-to-end support in remuneration and benefits, payroll reporting, employee relations, compliance, and retirement fund administration. I also gained experience as an Intern Psychometrist and Project Coordinator, supporting assessments, stakeholder engagement, and faculty-wide initiatives. Currently, I work as a Data Specialist at Ambiton Financial Services, focusing on data analysis, reporting, dashboards, compliance (POPIA/FICA), and process improvement. My key skills include HR information systems, data analysis and reporting, psychometric administration, employee relations support, project coordination, problem-solving, and advanced Excel. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information while managing multiple priorities. In my next role, I am seeking an opportunity where I can combine my HR, analytics, and coordination strengths in a structured, growth-oriented environment.
