This is a remote U.S. opportunity with a preference for candidates who can start quickly. Pacific Time Zone availability is a plus.

We are seeking a Copywriter to join a dedicated in-house-style creative team supporting large-scale event marketing campaigns for a major global brand. This is a full-time opportunity for a writer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys developing short-form, performance-driven content across multiple digital channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, designers, and project managers, this person will help shape messaging and execute compelling creative for a steady stream of campaigns tied to high-visibility events.

This role is focused on writing about events rather than technical products, so candidates do not need deep technical expertise. However, they should be comfortable developing strong messaging, articulating a clear point of view, and producing polished, conversion-focused copy that supports engagement and lead generation goals. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds while maintaining consistency in tone, voice, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, compelling, conversion-focused copy across email, display, social, and web
  • Support lead generation efforts through performance-driven messaging and digital content
  • Develop and refine messaging frameworks for event campaigns and related digital touchpoints
  • Partner closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across all assets
  • Contribute to a fully embedded creative team supporting ongoing event marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate using tools such as Google Workspace and Slack for day-to-day workflow

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in digital marketing, campaign, or lead generation environments
  • Strong experience writing short-form, performance-oriented content
  • Proven ability to create copy for email, paid media, social, and web
  • Ability to develop messaging and express a clear, strategic point of view
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Experience in tech, B2B, SaaS, or event marketing is a plus
