Business Teacher (Postsecondary – AI Training)

About The Role We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand, reason about, and communicate core business concepts — making a real-world impact on one of the most rapidly evolving technologies of our time.

What You'll Do

• Design and review business questions, case studies, and scenarios used to train AI systems
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and real-world examples
• Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios, edge cases, and nuanced business decisions
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
• Able to clearly articulate and evaluate business reasoning in written form
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience beyond academia
• Familiarity with AI, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
