Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director/VP Sales - B2B Lead Generation. The appointed individual will oversee all sales activities, manage sales operations, develop business strategies, and ensure account management excellence. Day-to-day tasks include leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Sales Management
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and developing Business Development strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growth
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in B2B marketing or technology industries is a must
