📣 Job Opportunity: Executive Administrative Assistant (6-Month Contract) – Remote in Portugal

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executives within an international environment. If you are organized, proactive, and excel at managing complex administrative tasks, this role is a great match for you.

📌 Role Details

Contract duration: 6 months

Start date: February

Location: Fully remote (within Portugal)

Base salary: €2,100

Meal allowance: €6.50/day

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, organize events, and coordinate domestic and international travel.

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

File, organize, and retrieve corporate documents and records.

Review and analyze incoming memos and reports to determine priority and distribution.

Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for committees, board meetings, and other engagements.

Perform general office duties including ordering supplies and maintaining record systems.

🧩 A Typical Day Includes

Calendar management

Travel and event coordination

Expense report preparation

Daily communication with executive stakeholders

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (mandatory).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High levels of initiative, resourcefulness, and proactivity.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Solid experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Flexibility to work with international executives in different time zones.
