This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, professional-quality reasoning.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — including financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as benchmarks for AI training
• Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Thinking — Identify flaws in AI reasoning — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or overlooking macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Stress-Test AI Models — Challenge advanced language models on topics like corporate finance, market strategy, and operations, documenting failure modes so AI reasoning can be meaningfully improved

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations
• Precise and detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic that others miss
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience building or reviewing three-statement financial models or strategic business cases
