We're looking for MBA-qualified specialists to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on the full spectrum of business knowledge. You'll design rigorous challenges, author authoritative solutions, and audit AI reasoning across domains like DCF valuation, supply chain logistics, and competitive strategy — ensuring these models can operate at a truly executive level. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, operations bottlenecks, and more
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Produce rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and professional-grade rationales that serve as "golden answers" for AI training
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to real-world business standards
• Refine AI Reasoning — Identify and document specific reasoning failures — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misapplying macroeconomic assumptions — and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-quality written analysis and recommendations
• Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, flawed assumptions, and weak arguments instinctively
• Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user
