What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical content
• Conduct thorough QA reviews, refine processes, and drive team efficiency
• Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and career development guidance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations

Who You Are

• Holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
• 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused project work
• Strong research and analytical skills with a sharp eye for logical consistency
• Skilled at delivering constructive feedback and detailed annotations
• Creative thinker who can approach problems from multiple angles
• Excellent communicator and collaborator — comfortable working across distributed teams
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation systems
• Background in case study writing, academic content, or research publications
