The Role
The Customer Service Rep's (CSR) primary role is to key received order requests into multiple systems for internal and external order submissions. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Entering customer orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Review the order for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and verify that the order submission is accepted. This role is a non-customer-facing position. Working with internal POC with limited to no interaction with customers. Requires a GSA background check working with Federal accounts.
The Main Responsibilities
Work independently on case orders and, at times, with other groups to request additional order information necessary to complete order submissions
Check source documents for accuracy
Verify data and correct data where necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
Enter data from source documents into the computer systems and forms
Check completed work for accuracy
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Computer and technical skills - 2 or more years of experience
What We Look for in a Candidate
Computer and technical skills - 2 or more years of experience including Microsoft suite
Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving
Telecom knowledge or background is preferred including managed services, Data, Voice, Ethernet, DWDM, SRE, DIA, SD-WAN
