About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Monitor business performance and provide variance analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data interpretation
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and strategy
• Assist in financial modelling and investment analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Must be legally permitted to work in Australia with stable internet access

Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):

• CPA/CA/CFA certification or working towards it
• Experience with financial tools such as Xero, MYOB, or Power BI
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with budgeting software or ERP systems
