Our client is a fast-growing creator and influencer advertising agency scaling from ~30 to 100 employees, and we’re looking for a strategic HR Consultant to help us build systems, processes, and frameworks to support our next stage of growth.
Outside of what's listed below, KEY for us is that you have robust execution experience in training at scale, re-org and employee termination/offboarding.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and optimize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, onboarding workflows, reviews, internal comms).
- Advise leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Lead change management initiatives and improve communication across teams.
- Design performance management frameworks, competency models, and growth paths.
- Establish policies, handbooks, and best practices aligned with a creative, high-growth culture.
You Should Have:
- 10–15+ years of Senior HR experience.
- Proven experience scaling teams from ~30 to 100+ employees.
- Expertise in HR systems, performance management, and change management.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
Commitment: ~10 hours per month – fractional, strategic role.
