🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives, supplier management, purchasing operations, and procurement governance.
- Establish procurement policies, frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Oversee supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation, performance management, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives, contract improvements, and value creation opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, supply chain, and business teams to align procurement strategies.
- Manage procurement budgets, spend analysis, forecasting, and strategic cost planning.

- Lead contract negotiations, vendor agreements, and commercial partnership strategies.
- Monitor procurement performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop procurement teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Present procurement insights, recommendations, and performance updates to executive leadership.
