anoli is a newly launched UK-based startup with an iOS app available on the App Store.
We're looking for a creative, ambitious and proactive Marketing Specialist who wants to apply their skills to a real product and help grow a startup from its earliest stages.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands marketing, has ideas they want to put into practice and is excited by the challenge of building a brand from the ground up.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase app downloads and brand awareness.
- Identify new opportunities for organic growth and user acquisition.
- Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns.
- Explore influencer marketing, partnerships and creative promotional opportunities.
- Analyse marketing performance and continuously improve results.
- Experiment with different marketing channels, content formats and growth strategies.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives and help shape the future direction of anoli.
- Someone with a good understanding of digital marketing, social media and growth strategies.

We're a very early-stage, self-funded startup, so our current budget is limited.
We're offering an initial £400 per month for a flexible, part-time role, with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonuses.
We're particularly interested in finding someone who believes in their abilities and wants to demonstrate what they can achieve with a growing product.
As anoli grows and reaches key milestones, there will be opportunities for increased compensation, substantial performance bonuses and a more significant role within the company.
