Anthelise Projects, the real estate development arm of a Spanish family-owned group with over 60 years of history, is expanding to the Costa del Sol after years of successful delivery in the Costa Cálida.

We are launching a new investment-backed residential project and are seeking a Project Manager based in a Nordic country (Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland), with knowledge of the Costa del Sol market, to help us ensure the highest standards of execution for international investors.

🎯 Your Role

• Act as a technical and strategic liaison between Nordic investors and the Spanish developer.
• Contribute to planning, design review, and technical monitoring of the development.
• Ensure the project reflects the expectations of Northern European investors.
• Provide guidance on sustainable solutions, BIM adoption and cost control.

✅ Requirements

• Based in a Nordic country or with a strong network in the region.
• Knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate market (mandatory).
• Experience in real estate development, architecture, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with residential developments for international clients.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Methodical, independent, and aligned with Scandinavian work culture.
