Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply current regulations to varied client scenarios.
- Proficiency in Tax Preparation, including accurate preparation and review of corporate, individual, and other relevant tax returns.
- Experience managing Tax Audits, including preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and representing clients before tax authorities.
- Strong working knowledge of Tax Law and the ability to stay current with legislative and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, tax advisor qualification) are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tax concepts in an accessible way.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with tax preparation software and common office tools (e.g., Excel, document management systems).
