The Role

We're looking for a driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you’ll be selling high-demand energy efficiency upgrades to homeowners and businesses across Victoria.

You’ll receive a steady flow of inbound leads, but top performers also proactively generate their own opportunities through cold outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective customers
• Present and sell energy upgrade solutions (solar, heat pumps, air conditioners)
• Follow up on inbound leads and generate new outbound leads
• Guide clients through the sales process, addressing objections and closing deals
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and use provided sales tools (email templates, scripts)
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Compensation

• Commission-only based on a percentage of total deal value
• Quarterly bonuses for hitting sales targets
• Uncapped earning potential

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (preferably in B2C or energy sector)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with remote tools (CRM systems, video calls, etc.)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent
• Based in Australia with a good understanding of the Victorian market
