Interim FP&A Manager – FMCG📍 UK-based | Some European travel🕒 6-month contract💷 £550 – £650 per day (Outside IR35)

A fast-growing, multi-billion-pound, internationally headquartered consumer health business is recruiting an Interim FP&A Manager to support the Director of FP&A during a particularly busy period. This is a high-impact, hands-on role, well suited to a commercially astute FP&A professional with a strong analytical background who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

The interim will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day FP&A delivery runs smoothly while senior leadership focuses on a wider internal project.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of month-end FP&A and variance analysis
• Preparation of senior management packs and board-level presentations
• Supporting and kicking off the annual budgeting process
• Acting as a self-sufficient FP&A partner to the Director of FP&A

The client is keen to engage with candidates who combine technical strength with clear, structured communication and a proactive mindset.

The successful profile is likely to have:

• Strong FP&A experience, ideally from a Big 4, consulting, or highly analytical in-house background
• A proven ability to operate autonomously in a large complex international business
• Excellent PowerPoint and stakeholder-facing skills
• French language skills beneficial but not essential

The role is UK-based and largely remote, with some European travel required from time to time. For a strong performer there is potential for extension or other opportunities across the group.
